COVID test compensation
1) All participants need to have a vaccination certificate. If you are not vaccinated, hurry up to get the vaccine. We will reimburse 100 rmb for vaccines for Program B participants. Participants in Program A will not receive reimbursement for vaccinations.
2) Also, 2-3 days before the exhibition, you need to pass a nucleic test for covid, we will cover your costs for this test after participating in the exhibition. Pls keep all the receipts.

Day 1
Group A) Arrive to Nanning, free transfer form railway station to expo center, take part in business meeting and go back home.
Group B) Arrive and check in hotel. Take a good rest and enjoy the beauty of evening Nanning.

Day 2
After eating breakfast we will gather in the lobby to catch our bus transfer to expo center which is only a 10 min ride from hotel. Join expo with our group.

Day 3
Check out and go home.

Why should I upload my passport?
A hotel is booked for each participant. For this we need passport data. A visa is needed to confirm the corresponding status of the participant.
Why is everything free?
Local authorities of different regions in China together with us are interested in promoting their producers and raising the export. That's why we organize fairs and provide budget for attracting of foreign buyers. We use the budget to cover your hotel expenses, transportation, meals and/or provide you cash subsidy, in order to create comfortable conditions for attending a fair.
    Are there any hidden charges or extra expenses?
    Nope. All of your extra expenses are only related with your personal interests, for instance, sightseeing, visiting bars, clubs, etc.

    Also pls note that taxi costs are not compensated.
      Do I have to buy anything at the fair?
      Nope.
        Will I have to go to quarantine in my city after I come back from Nanning?
        At the moment, only those who fly to China from abroad are sent to 14-day quarantine. Movement from your city to Nanning and back is not a quarantine case. Otherwise, this program would not be possible.
        How does compensation procedure work?
        Tickets are bought by yourself. Compensation will be done upon presenting the paper tickets or fapiao. IMPORTANT: DO NOT loose your paper tickets.
        We transfer transport subsidy and cash bonus to your wechat, alipay, chinese bank card within 1-10 days after the tour.
        What is cash subsidy/bonus?
        The amount of money that we pay you within 1-10 days after the exhibition / tour for participation in our group. We transfer the cash subsidy to your wechat, Alipay, bank card.
